Ensa Huger

Ensa Huger serves as both the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer for the Fund. Ms. Huger is responsible for managing financial and legal processes, and reporting. She manages the firm’s outsourced back office relationships, develops capital calls and oversees notice and collection, coordinates quarterly and annual audits and tax returns of the fund, maintains and expands financial controls, develops the fair market value calculations for portfolio companies. Furthermore, she ensures the firm is in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and government filings, oversees HR administration and policy development.

Ms. Huger is a certified international accounting professional with over 14 years of operational experience leading accounting and finance teams, developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve P&L results. Her professional background includes several years in Human Resources developing organizational growth and staff plans, training and learning management, and succession planning. At Best Buy, Ms. Huger was on a team responsible for re-developing the corporate hiring and training process and redefining the store operating models to include specific market segmentation. At AmericasMart she spent several years leading the Accounts Receivable function before leading the Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis teams. Her role included overseeing financial operations for tradeshows, leasing, logistics, and large scale real estate acquisition and development.

Ms. Huger also previously worked as an adjunct accounting professor at her alma mater Georgia State University where she received her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting. Ensa also received a Certificate of Entrepreneurship for Women from Cornell University.
